If you get your account statement from your AMC, you will find a detachable slip at the bottom of the statement. You can use it for redemption of mutual fund investments. A hand written application is also accepted in lieu of mutual fund redemption form.
CAMS offers services for the following AMC (Asset Management Companies). You can send your mutual fund redemption forms to any of the CAMS Offices either by hand or by post.

If you submit your application by hand before 3PM or your post reaches their office before 3 PM, NAV of the same day will apply. All the applications received after 3PM will be processed with next day NAV. Every application will be time stamped at these centers.
You can expect your redemption amount to be credited to your account with in 4 working days. In case, your existing account registered with AMC is inactive, you need to first get your account details updated. It is always advisable to register multiple accounts if you have more than one account.
